I would like to write this review after one month of using the device
In general, the installation cost me a lot of time, because as it turned out, the cable that came with the device was damaged. Of course, first I was told to disassemble and reconnect everything again because it was said that it was the fault of a badly connected plug. So I installed the device several times not because of my fault. If you would do it in a car service, you would probably have to pay for it again.
The new cable was sent to me for free as part of the warranty, which can be considered an advantage.
The device itself works properly but such issues as:
poor resolution of the displayed image from the car's software, which is too large and the windows are huge, or a reduction in resolution, which cuts off half the screen;
whether the sound that comes from the speakers only from the right part of the speakers during the phone call, remained unresolved and andream claims that it is the car's fault :D
In addition, it happens that some applications that work on the phone and are helpful for driving do not work on the device. Sometimes those that are already working turn off by themselves.
When it comes to customer service, although they answer the questions quite efficiently in terms of response time, they has very little technical knowledge and frequently asked precisely questions remain unanswered, which is very poor especially in the absence of any manual instructions in the paper version attached to the package.
In summary, the device is correct, it has its drawbacks, but it certainly should not be directed to premium cars where the user expects the same from the device that is sold for this type of car.
