A very good shop with friendly staff who are always happy to help you choose the right product and advise you on the specifics for your car. Two drawbacks: firstly, the paper installation instructions are not included in the package, but the manager will send them to you by text message or email, so you can print them yourself or simply view the instructions on your tablet or phone. The second drawback is that it doesn't really harm the device because it has good factory packaging. The postal packaging could be better. I received my order on time as agreed. I haven't installed the device yet, so I don't know how it will work or what other nuances there will be, but I think there won't be any problems with customer support. I recently installed the Andream unit in my BMW F11, and I couldn't be happier with the result. If you are looking to bring your older iDrive system into the modern era, this is the way to go.
Installation & Build Quality
The hardware feels solid and the integration with the original dashboard is seamless. While the installation requires some patience (tucking away the cables in the tight space behind the head unit is the real challenge!), it is definitely a doable DIY project. Once fitted, it looks like it came straight from the factory.
Performance & Audio
Wireless Apple CarPlay works like a charm. It connects quickly as soon as I start the car. I’m using an iPhone 17, and the responsiveness is top-notch.
Regarding the audio quality: initially, I was a bit concerned about the sound through the AUX channel, but the built-in equalizer in the Andream unit is surprisingly powerful. After spending some time tweaking the EQ settings to my personal preference, the sound is now exactly where I want it to be – crisp, balanced, and punchy. Navigating through Spotify using the original iDrive controller and steering wheel buttons feels completely natural.

Until now, the experience has been 5 stars.
Installation is quite straightforward. I did have a bit of trouble with the optical cable! initially because I didn’t understand why there was no sound, and later because when I switched to the Andream harness, the cable ended up quite stretched.
Aside from that, everything has been excellent. The radio looks and feels OEM. I was initially worried about the sound because of the AUX cable, but it turned out to be a MOST system, so there were no issues in the end. Overall, it has been a great experience.

I bought it mainly for Android auto and use only this feature. The device works good and very fast, so I am very satisfied with the function so far. It has good settings/options in order not to interfere with the factory installed functions.
